We will always point out any visible issues or notable defects clearly within our listings, and while we strive to provide the best accommodative customer service. The mishandling, improper repackaging or simple outright negligence when handling these precious items will not be tolerated. This is our history and in some instances even related to your own unique heritage, so, we ask that you be mindful.
Prior to packaging, all items are thoroughly inspected to identify any visible issues or defects. This final review is conducted the night before and the day of packaging.
In the event that your item is damaged during transit, it is crucial that photographs are taken of the item while still in its packaging and once it has been removed. These photos must be submitted within 24 hours of the item's arrival via the email address provided at the end of this document. Failure to provide this photographic evidence within the specified timeframe will result in the damage being considered your responsibility, and not covered by our Returns Policy. Should you still opt to return the damaged item, please be aware that return costs will not be covered by
